How do I order my custom designed cards?
From the home page select "Sizing & Pricing."
Click on the quantity/price box of the package that you wish to order.
Enter your front & back/inside message as well as your "Contact Information" for shipping purposes. Click Next.
Select the appropriate "Package/Price" from the drop down menu of the package you are ordering. Click "Checkout."
On the "Upload Your Picture" page, click on "Add Picture" and select the picture you wish to upload. Be sure to click the "Upload" button from the viewing area before clicking "Next."
On the "Checkout" page, once again, choose your package and quantity from the appropriate drop-down menu. Click "Checkout." This will redirect you to PayPal's payment page.
Once redirected to the "PayPal" payment page, simply login or click the "Don't have a PayPal account…" link under the login section. Follow PayPal's payment process to complete the order. When the PayPal payment has been received, you will then be redirected back to GetYouCards.com for a confirmation message on your order.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation for my order?
It is very unusual for an order to not be received. However, if you have not received a proof link within 7 business days, please Contact Us.
What is your process?
The Get You Cards service is a 4 Step process.
Step 1 (Custom Design & Personalization Process):
Our creative team will apply your picture, specifications, and personalized message to your custom designed card after your order information and payment has been received. Allow up to 1 week for the initial design process.
Step 2 (Proof & Approval Process):
When the design process is complete, Get You Cards will then send a proof link to the email provided in the "Contact Information" section when the order was placed. After clicking on the link to review your proof, verify that all information, grammar, and spelling is exactly how you wish it to be displayed on the final front and back/inside sections of your card. Click the "I Love It, Get My You Cards!" only when everything looks correct and you are ready to proceed. Please note that during this step, Get You Cards will not print your order until final approval has been received from you. If any changes need to be made, this is the time to make those requests. We reserve up to one week for the approval process.
Step 3 (Printing):
Once Get You Cards has received final approval confirmation, we will print your custom designed cards.
Step 4 (Shipping):
You are now only two weeks away from receiving your custom designed card.
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 weeks from the date ordered. However, the approval stage could extend the overall time frame for your order if approval is not received.
Custom Design & Personalization
Will my custom designed card look exactly like the examples you provide?
One of our favorite things about Get You Cards is that each card is created with you in mind. This means no two cards are alike. Fonts, colors, picture position, cropping, etc. are all part of the custom designed process. However, if you have a specific request, simply mention it in the "Comments" section on the Order Page.
How can I proof read the front or back/inside of my custom designed cards?
You can proof read the information under the "Front Message" and "Back/Inside Message" sections of the Order Page before clicking "Next." You will also receive a link to review your proof within a week of ordering. After receiving a proof link, you will be able to verify that all information, grammar, and spelling is exactly how you wish it to be displayed on the final front and back/inside sections of your card.
Can I see a proof of my cards before they are printed?
Yes. See "Step 2" of "What is your process?" under the "Our Process" section above.
Personalized Messages, Fonts, & Font Colors
Can I write my own personalized message?
Yes, we provide up to 3 lines on the front, and an additional 10 lines on the back/inside for your personalized message.
Do I have to fill in each line on the "Order Page?"
No. You may leave the front of your card blank if you wish. However, Line 1 is required for the back/inside of your custom designed card.
Can I select from different fonts or font colors?
We pride ourselves in offering a custom designed service. At this time, fonts and colors are selected by our fabulous design team. However, if you have a specific request, simply mention it in the "Comments" section on the Order Page.
Picture Upload Quality
What demensions should my picture be?
Below are recommendations for picture demensions based on the packages we offer. Images do not need to be sized exactly. However, images should be equal to or greater than the specifications we have listed. Please note that images under these demensions will result in a poor quality (fuzzy, pixelated, grainy, etc.) final print.
- Mini Package - 1575 x 1238 pixels
- Full Package - 2100 x 1500 pixels
- Square Package - 1613 x 1613 pixels
- Wide Package - 2588 x 1088 pixels
- Premium Package - 2100 x 1500 pixels
What type of files do you accept?
We accept (.jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .tiff, .png, .pdf, & .raw) file types only.
How large of a picture file size am I allowed to upload?
The maximum file size is 20 megabytes.
How long will my picture take to upload?
Upload times are almost completely determined by your internet speed. For a standard high speed internet connection, files should upload with 1-3 minutes.
Can I use a scanned image for my cards?
You may use a scanned image as long as it falls within the proper image size for the package you are ordering. Most scanned pictures will need to be scanned at a minimum of 600dpi.
What will the orientation of my uploaded picture be?
We typically use the submitted picture's original orientation. However, if you wish to use an opposite orientation, simply mention it in the "Comments" section on the Order Page. If selecting an orientation opposite of the picture's original orientation, be sure that the smallest side of the picture is equal to or greater than the largest side of the specs. (Example: A 1600 x 2600 pixel image in a portrait orientation could only fit the mini package specifications which are 1575 x 1238 pixels in wide orientation.)

We offer 5 unique packages starting at just $125 with quantity options of 25, 50, & 75. See our Sizing & Pricing page for specific details.
I already order cards for my special occasion, but I think I'm gonna need more. Am I able to purchase more cards?
I think I'm gonna need more that 75 cards? Do you have a package for 100 cards?
Yes. We do quietly offer 100 units with any of our 5 packages for an additional $20. Requests may be submitted at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
I need more than 100 cards for my special occasion. Do you offer any other quantities?
Yes. We do offer quantities over 100 units at a reasonable price. To receive a custom quote, requests my be submitted at: email@example.com.
Payments & Refunds
How do I pay for my custom designed cards?
We accept all major credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal payments.
What if I do not have a PayPal account? Can I still pay with a credit card?
Yes. After clicking the "Checkout" button, you will be redirected to a PayPal payment page. Click on the “Don’t have a PayPal account...” link under the login section on the PayPal page and follow the steps.
Who processes your credit card payments?
We use PayPal for processing of all online orders.
Do you keep my credit card information in your system?
No. All credit card information is processed and handled through PayPal's payment service. We never receive any credit card information.
Do you charge sales tax?
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, in many cases, we cannot provide a full refund. Due to the unique hands on creative design aspect of Get You Cards, once an order has been placed, the process has begun. However, if the order is in Step 2 of "Our Process" (see the "Our Process" section above) and has not yet been approved, in some cases, we will refund 50% of the original order amount. Unfortunately, if you have approved the order for final print, via the approval email, a refund will not be available.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
We are currently offering free shipping on all orders. Please note that orders with the same mailing address may be shipped together.

What states/countries do you ship to?
We ship to all 48 continental united states. International shipping is not available at this time.
